These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jspelectricalservices.com (the “Site”) and your engagement with JSP Electrical Services, LLC (“JSP”). By using the Site or engaging JSP for services, you agree to these terms.
1. About JSP
JSP Electrical Services, LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Brookshire, Texas. John Parmley is a Texas-licensed Master Electrician (TDLR License #3311). JSP holds Texas Electrical Contractor License #17168.
2. Use of the Site
Content on the Site is provided for general information about JSP's services and qualifications. It is not electrical, engineering, or legal advice, and it does not create a contractor-client relationship. A service engagement begins only when JSP and the client execute a written scope of work, quote, or contract.
3. Service Estimates & Quotes
Any pricing, timelines, or scope descriptions shown on the Site or in informal communication are general references, not binding quotes. Binding quotes are issued in writing after a site visit or scope review, and remain valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days).
4. Warranty
JSP warrants its workmanship in accordance with Texas law and the terms stated in each project contract. Equipment and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, casualty events, power anomalies from the utility, or work performed by other parties after JSP's completion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSP's liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific work at issue. JSP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on each quote or contract. Unpaid balances accrue interest per Texas law. JSP reserves lien rights available under Texas Property Code for unpaid work on real property.
7. External Links
The Site links to third-party resources (including the newsletter network at watermancm.pro). JSP does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Site design, copy, and photography are the property of JSP Electrical Services, LLC (site design by Waterman Consulting Services). Do not reproduce Site content commercially without written permission.
