Overview
JSP powers commercial tenant improvements across the greater Houston market — offices, retail bays, medical suites, restaurants, and light-industrial spaces. We work directly with GCs and architects on rough-in through final inspection, and we do the punch-list corrections other contractors leave behind.

Yes — that is most of our commercial workload. We hold our own TDLR Electrical Contractor license, carry general liability, and can be added as an additional insured on your project policy.
Absolutely. We schedule night, weekend, and phased work regularly for retail, medical, and office spaces that cannot shut down during business hours.
Yes. Hood-vent controls, walk-in cooler power, gas-interlock circuits, dedicated equipment feeders, and Ansul-system tie-ins are all in scope.
